They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Operations Management and Configuration Management Database capabilities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships aligned with CSDM and ITIL standards
Lead implementation of Service Mapping strategies and configure Discovery schedules, probes, and sensors
Design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
Define data ownership and stewardship models, enforce ACLs and security policies for CMDB and ITOM modules
Act as Design Authority, producing architecture diagrams, standards, and reusable templates; mentor developers and administrators

Required

10+ years in enterprise architecture or platform engineering, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB implementations
Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance
Strong integration skills with APIs and experience in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CSDM alignment

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CIS – ITOM, CMDB, Discovery
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
ITIL v4 Foundation
