Responsibilities
Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values
Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse
Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, etc.) are always up to date
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support as needed throughout the interview process
Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams
Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack
Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred
Experience supporting technical or G&A recruiting teams
Familiarity with Notion or other collaborative workflow tools
Exposure to HR systems and project-based TA initiatives
