Responsibilities
Create the strategies for working with each category of channel sales partners
Design scalable system for recruiting and supporting channel partners
Build a pipeline of potential partners
Reach and recruit channel partners
Support partners to ensure they are successfully selling through Copper appliances
With success, bring in additional members of the team to help recruit and support new channel partners
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in selling to people in the trades
Experience introducing a new product to the market
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to source leads and make sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially simplifying complex topics
Proven negotiation skills
Deft social skills to quickly establish new relationships with durable trust
Preferred
Experience with interior design, solar, HVAC, or home electrification products is a plus
