Responsibilities
Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment
Assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches
Provide desktop support for approx. 275 devices
Support DOC staff within the Correctional Complex
Interact or be among prison inmates as they are used for work detail
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Desktop Support or similar role
Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment
Ability to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches
Maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time
Ability to pass a DOC background check and extensive drug test prior to starting
Willingness to undergo DOC training that can last up to 2-3 weeks
