Responsibilities
Identify practical, franchise-ready service opportunities grounded in real customer demand
Pressure-test ideas against operational realities, unit economics, and franchise adoption constraints
Define clear success/failure criteria before capital is committed
Personally design the end-to-end service model, including operational workflows, pricing logic, customer experience, franchise execution requirements
Launch and manage live pilots across selected franchise locations
Iterate rapidly based on real-world results, not theory
Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to scale, modify, or shut down initiatives
Build only what earns the right to exist
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and launching services within franchising and/or multi-unit home services businesses
Direct involvement in process creation, not just oversight
Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept → pilot → operational reality
Comfort working independently and influencing without authority
Candidates without franchise or home services experience will not be considered
