Senior Vice President, Technology

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve a scalable, enterprise‑grade technology ecosystem aligned with organizational growth and private‑equity objectives
Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap that balances integration readiness, speed, maintainability, cost, and risk reduction
Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of best‑of‑breed software vendors, including contract negotiation, SLAs, and performance management
Rationalize and integrate technology platforms post‑acquisition to ensure scalability, cost efficiency, and reduced operational complexity
Oversee data governance, data quality, and analytics platforms to support real‑time insights and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise
Enable technology‑enabled performance improvement by embedding analytics, automation, and AI into core workflows and operational rhythms
Lead EHR strategy, optimization, and vendor relationships, ensuring high clinician usability, seamless integrations, and regulatory compliance
Maintain cybersecurity, privacy, HIPAA compliance, and system resilience, ensuring robust safeguards without unnecessary overengineering
Build and manage a high‑performing technology organization, establishing clear priorities, accountability mechanisms, and operating discipline
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing technology‑driven insights that support clinical, financial, and operational goals
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and financial leaders to ensure technology platforms enhance productivity, access, quality, and EBITDA
Drive continuous improvement and modernization of systems architecture, reducing technical debt and enhancing scalability for future growth
Other related duties as assigned

Required

12+ years of progressive healthcare technology leadership experience
Background in enterprise software architecture within regulated environments
Hands‑on software development experience, ideally in regulated/complex environments
Enterprise software architecture and platform strategy
Data governance, analytics, automation, and AI‑driven performance improvement
Vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and technology portfolio management
Healthcare IT compliance (HIPAA), cybersecurity, and clinical system integration
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures pertaining to the job
Remain informed of any changes to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures that impact the job and the company
Promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
Ensure adherence to Eventus WholeHealth's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
Perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism
Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures
Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties
Ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially
Participate in all assigned training
Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion
Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks
Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
