Responsibilities

Develop a clear understanding of the Communications and Community team workflows to synchronize projects and bring them to the publishing team
Analyze and improve existing project workflows between Communications and Community and related Publishing teams
Support all efforts of the Communications and Community team leads, including the coordination and execution of key activities and campaigns throughout the year
Harmonize a rhythm of business for key leaders and the SVP of Communications, establishing touchpoints with clear objectives and outcomes aligned with the team’s strategic priorities
Create and maintain dynamic project tracking that serves as the central source of truth for key Communications and Community activities
Establish a light-touch, but effective tracking mechanism highlighting the status, next steps, and escalation paths for campaigns
Ensure success metrics are established and tracked for all key campaign activities
Establish an ongoing process for documentation and publication of key campaign results

Required

5+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment and communications
Consistent track record of objective-led and met campaigns and/or initiatives
Exceptional planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities
An acute awareness of how to achieve wide-scale visibility across the media and social platform landscape
A meticulous and organized approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows
