Respond to complex phone and email inquiries from customers by phone and email
Act as a point of escalation for inquiries that cannot be resolved by standardized processes
Collaborate with internal team, project managers, and clients
Ensure client deadlines and deliverables are met
Identify any errors and create solutions to resolve
Create and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited US law school, or foreign law degree and LLM required
Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain complex ideas
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong teamwork skills
Excellent customer service skills
