The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the execution and improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with various teams to integrate quality throughout product development.

Responsibilities
Oversee document control and records management processes, ensuring current, controlled, and accessible documentation
Provide supplier quality oversight, coordinating with the Supplier Quality Engineer on qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Plan and conduct internal audits, track findings to closure, and support external audits and inspections
Administer CAPA processes, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification
Monitor quality metrics, trends, and risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams
Provide cross-functional support to engineering, operations, and procurement and relevant stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and integrated
Report QMS performance, risks, and quality issues to the Director of Quality Assurance and support management review activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field
10+ years of experience in Quality or Quality Systems roles within engineering or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience maintaining ISO 9001 or comparable QMS
Experience leading audits, CAPA processes, and supplier quality programs
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience in highly regulated or high-reliability industries (energy, aerospace, nuclear, medical devices, or advanced manufacturing) is desirable
Experience supporting rapid growth or startup environments is desirable
