Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with strong exposure to P&C Insurance
3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek implementations or integrations
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in insurance technology projects
Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, tools (Author, Express, Data Insights), and deployment models
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform)
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
