Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
Assist with onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork
Provide general administrative and HR support as needed
Qualification
Required
Administrative or office support experience required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Previous recruitment, staffing, or HR experience preferred
