Responsibilities

Schedule, run and monitor jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, following documented processes precisely

Print and process critical financial documents

Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues

Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (e.g., printers, folders/sealers, inserters)

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on accuracy and efficiency

Required

Must be local in Indianapolis, open to onsite work

Must be open to 1099 contracts (NO W2/C2C)

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

1 year of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment (minimum)

1 year of experience with job scheduling and monitoring (minimum)

Intermediate proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

Strong adherence to documented processes and operational guidelines

Ability to work effectively as part of a team to support shared goals

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity and accountability

Preferred

2–3 years of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment

2–3 years of experience with job scheduling and monitoring
