Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Planisware enhancement initiatives
Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
Create and maintain a backlog of epics, features, and user stories
Partner closely with internal IT stakeholders and the Planisware vendor
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans
Track and manage project financials and address variances
Present project status, risks, and roadmaps to leadership
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile execution
Step into Scrum Master responsibilities when required
Communicate delivery changes clearly across teams and leadership
Support organizational change management and delivery standards
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of IT project or program management experience
Strong Agile project management background
Hands-on experience with backlog creation and prioritization
Hands-on experience with epics and user stories
Hands-on experience with sprint planning and execution
Experience using a PPM tool (Planview / Planisware preferred; comparable tools accepted)
Excellent communication skills — concise, clear, and executive-ready
Strong understanding of scope changes and downstream impacts
Strong understanding of cost and resource management
Strong understanding of risk, issue, and dependency tracking
Self-starter mindset: accountable, proactive, quick learner, challenges the status quo
Preferred
PMP certification
Planview or Planisware experience
Vendor management experience
Familiarity with enterprise PM frameworks
