Qualification
Required
An AA degree or 24 units of college course work is the minimum formal education required for this position
Minimum three (3) years of applied work experience in a human resource Generalist function required
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required
All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire
Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for)
Preferred
A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and/or completion of an HR Certification program is preferred
PHR Certification desired
Specific HR software literacy (e.g., Oracle HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred
