Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks with precision

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred

State-specific Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or willingness to obtain, as required

Prior experience in a banking or lending environment is highly desirable
