Lead, develop, and mentor inside sales team members

Collaborate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
Engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide tailored technical solutions
Support commercialization of new chemical technologies alongside internal technical staff
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, forecasting, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific/technical field strongly preferred)
4–5 years of sales leadership experience in an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment
Strong CRM experience
