Required
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to effectively address client needs and ensure satisfaction
Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions with team members and clients
Knowledge of Sales operations, including order management and support
Experience with Invoicing and maintaining accurate records
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in G-Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
