Entrusted is a family-owned restoration company focused on building trust with clients facing water damage. They are seeking an Insurance Project Administrator to lead the accounting team, oversee financial operations, and drive process improvements to support company growth.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Support Managers to support rebuild operations
Communicate project details and updates to internal team members and external partners
Create, maintain, and update project documentation and notes
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and project tracking
Follow up on open tasks and maintain accountability systems
Work full-time in-office, actively engaging in Entrusted’s unique, people-first culture
Learn and grow in preparation for future development opportunities within the company
Other duties as assigned
