Responsibilities
Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust infrastructure solutions (cloud, network, server)
Operational Excellence: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot production systems, including OS, middleware, and database, to ensure high availability
Automation & IaC: Develop scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) and use tools to automate deployment (CI/CD) and configuration management
Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies, perform vulnerability patching, and manage security configurations
Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, act as a high-level escalation point, and guide technical projects
Capacity Planning: Analyze performance data to forecast resource needs and optimize cost-effective infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Experience level 7+ years
Very strong experience in XML (xml schemas, wsdl)
Strong communication skills (interaction and coordination with multiple integration teams)
Log analysis and debugging experience
ServiceNow change management and documentation
Good understanding networking messaging systems and data transmission
Strong experience with infrastructure support
Basic understanding of DB and SQL queries
Preferred
Cloud Certification (AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator)
Linux certification (RHCE)
ITIL Foundation certification
