Responsibilities
Operate production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances
Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and specifications
Maintain logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces
Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Follow ISO 9001/ISO 13845 ANSI/AAMI/ISO standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year experience utilizing a personal or business computer
Minimum three years of verifiable work history
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to work for prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
