Responsibilities
Manage executive projects in addition to meeting coordination, priority management, and cross-functional alignment
Support operational workflows including logistics, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day needs that enable CEO’s effectiveness
Serve as liaison for CEO with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate information flow and communications across the organization
Own tactical execution of projects independently
Qualification
Required
5+ years in administrative, operations, or project management roles supporting C-Suite/C-Level projects
Strong operational and analytical thinking skills
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and drives solutions
Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office & Google Suites, and Zoom
Ability to commute Mon-Fri to HQ in Delray Beach, FL
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
