Jackson James is one of LA's leading fashion brands, and they are seeking a Director of eCommerce to drive online growth and performance across a multi-brand portfolio. This role is responsible for owning the digital business end-to-end, with accountability for revenue, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase.

Responsibilities

Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase performance

Lead the end-to-end onsite experience

Improve CRO and lead A/B Testing

Drive international expansion

Own email and SMS execution

Lead external partners (Development and Paid Media agencies)

Execute promotions, markdowns, and seasonal events aligned to the commercial plan

Qualification

ShopifyEcommerce P&L managementScaling fashion brandsOmni-channel experienceA/B Testing

Required

Strong experience with Shopify

Proven experience of scaling a fashion brand

Experience owning an ecommerce P&L ($20Mil+)

Strong omni-channel background (ecommerce with retail; wholesale exposure a plus)
