Plan Document Administrator

Responsibilities
Have experience with plan documents that fall under IRC for 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b)
Discuss with plan sponsors plan document provisions, explaining administrative complexities, and focus on plan sponsor’s objectives and ease in administration
Complete plan document tasks consisting of creating new documents, restating, or amending existing documents
Provide process and procedure recommendations to management to improve customer experiences, effectiveness, and efficiency of team operations
Assist management as required in administrative functions such as collecting data for reporting or serving on projects related to business or regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
1.5+ years' experience with plans under IRC 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b), including a knowledge of plan provision implications to participants and plan sponsor
Excellent writing and communications skills
Experience communicating with plan sponsors, attorneys, and consultants
Effective candidate who can take charge and deliver results with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred
CPC, QKA, CEBS, TGPC designations preferred
