Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
Manage general accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, and client accounts
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance standards
Partner with leadership and other departments to ensure accurate financial data
Supervise, train, and support accounting staff
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Improve accounting processes and system efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior accounting leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with accounting software; Great Plains experience is a plus
Ability to work fully on-site
Preferred
CPA or CMA
