Responsibilities
Implement and manage email security solutions to protect against phishing, malware, and other threats
Configure user-specific email policies and assist with recipient verification processes
Manage domain/IP/email whitelisting and blacklisting and create or modify rules based on service tickets
Analyze and optimize quarantine policies for better email filtering and threat detection
Troubleshoot email routing and delivery issues to ensure smooth operations
Perform email classification and monitor traffic for suspicious activity
Collaborate with teams for domain onboarding and configure email warning banners
Develop and enforce email security policies , respond to security incidents , and perform incident triage
Utilize Regular Expressions (Regex) for policy configurations and URL rewriting when needed
Generate reports on email security incidents, trends, and effectiveness
Monitor systems for threats and incidents using File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) tools
Qualification
Required
4–6 years' experience for Jr. level; 8–10 years for Sr. level
Strong SOC experience with good communication skills
Hands-on experience with email security tools, preferably ForcePoint
Expertise in policy management, rule creation, whitelisting/blacklisting, and Regex
Good understanding of information security best practices
