Responsibilities
Lead workshops to re-engineer, define, and document current-state and future-state sourcing and procurement processes
Advocate for best-practice configuration rather than heavy customization to maximize value
Translate business requirements into persona-based user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies
Configure and implement ServiceNow modules including Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Accounts Payable Operations (APO)
Configure and manage integrations between ServiceNow and ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba)
Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities
Act as a trusted advisor, managing client expectations and fostering adoption
Qualification
Required
5+ years of consulting experience, focusing on S2P, procurement, or finance operations
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain modules (SPO, SLO, APO)
Solid understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay), sourcing, contract management, and invoice automation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are typically required
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Visio/Word/PowerPoint for process documentation
Familiarity with third-party tools such as Coupa, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or Oracle Procurement Cloud
Preferred
Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation is highly preferred
