Interns will be part of engineering design teams in various departments and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project types.

Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or something similar
Minoring or Interest in land development, water / wastewater, or transportation
Graduating December 2026, Class of 2027 or Class of 2028
No experience necessary but relevant internship experience highly encouraged
Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Charlotte, NC region. This role is on-site
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Introduced to software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer
