Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end OnBase / EDMS implementation and migration projects
Manage integrated project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate across vendors, internal teams, and state clients
Enforce governance, change control, RAID management, and reporting
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual SLAs, budgets, and regulatory timelines
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management experience in complex software delivery
Strong hands-on experience with OnBase or EDMS migrations
Expertise in SDLC, RAID, change control, and stakeholder management
Experience with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Preferred
Background in Medicaid, MMIS, or public sector healthcare systems
