Responsibilities
Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and prepare financial statements
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments within the general ledger
Work directly with the Accounting Specialist on daily accounting tasks
Coordinate with the Fractional CFO on reporting, controls, and financial insights
Support budgeting, audits, and tax coordination
Improve accounting processes, documentation, and systems
Process and oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience leading month-end close processes
4-5+ years of progressive experience with QuickBooks
Strong accounting foundation with leadership mindset
Comfortable owning accuracy while collaborating on strategy
Experience in corporate or multi-entity environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
