Responsibilities
Review and correct transcription errors caused by OCR
Ensure the layout and formatting closely match the original PDF
Verify that key data is accurately captured
Follow specific client instructions meticulously
Make basic formatting adjustments as needed (e.g., fixing indentations, merging/splitting table cells)
Ensure the document is clean and properly structured for import into memoQ to support correct segmentation
Qualification
Required
Native-level proficiency in one of the target languages
Strong command of English
Familiarity with CAT tools
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Professional background or experience as a translator
Experience working with MemoQ
