Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, from planning and execution to delivery and closure
Ensure internal and customer program execution align with the company’s business objectives, by connecting technical teams and executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable plans
Allocate and optimize resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to maximize efficiency and meet program deliverables
Identify potential risks (across supply chain, hardware, software, manufacturing or integration issues) and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
Facilitate collaboration between hardware teams and software teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of tech products
Define and monitor performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs) to evaluate program success, such as time-to-market, customer satisfaction, or revenue impact
Oversee financial aspects of programs, ensuring expenditures stay within allocated budgets while balancing the costs of hardware prototyping and software development
Lead teams through changes, such as shifts in project scope, new technology adoption, or market-driven pivots, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and morale
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable experience in business opportunity planning
Strong understanding of financial modeling
Proven in developing process, project planning, and performance metrics
Extreme diligence with PM tools across project, finance, and agile development tools
5+ in Product and Operations Management in a big-tech or Defense industrial base product team
You must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
