Commercial Lines Account Manager
Responsibilities
Be a key partner to Producers in managing and growing a shared book of commercial clients
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for policy changes, certificates, claims support, and coverage questions
Lead renewal preparation 90–120 days ahead of expiration, including reviewing carrier terms and marketing when needed
Prepare renewal comparisons and coverage recommendations
Analyze policies, contracts, and exposures to ensure clients are properly protected
Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional or enhanced solutions
Prepare and verify applications, proposals, and policy documents
Maintain clean, accurate client records in the agency management system
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and growing a book of commercial clients
Ability to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for policy changes, certificates, claims support, and coverage questions
Experience in leading renewal preparation 90–120 days ahead of expiration
Ability to prepare renewal comparisons and coverage recommendations
Experience in analyzing policies, contracts, and exposures to ensure clients are properly protected
