Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in construction, manufacturing, or services
Strong GAAP knowledge
ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct)
Process improvement track record
Skilled in job costing, long-term contracts, and financial analysis
Effective communicator and collaborative leader
