Responsibilities

Own net-new enterprise sales for Agentic AI solutions and Infocion Aegis™ platform adoption
Leverage your network to originate and close high-value HCLS opportunities within 90–120 days
Lead executive-level sales cycles focused on AI deployment, governance, and production readiness
Position Infocion as the trusted partner for governed autonomous AI in regulated environments
Establish Infocion’s differentiated position in Agentic AI and AgenticOps within Life Sciences
Develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers, data platforms, and HCLS ecosystem partners
Identify opportunities where Infocion Aegis™ enhances enterprise AI programs already in motion
Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders
Lead first conversations, shape solution narratives, and build trust with regulated enterprises
Align Infocion’s offerings to client priorities around compliance, risk, and operational scale
Translate complex enterprise challenges into clear Agentic AI deployment strategies
Collaborate with Infocion’s AI and platform leaders to shape proposals and solutions
Represent Infocion through executive briefings, industry events, and targeted thought leadership on governed AI in Life Sciences

Required

10+ years of senior commercial leadership in Pharma, Biopharma, Biotech, Medtech, or Healthcare, or selling advanced AI / data platforms into these markets
An active, trusted network of C-level and VP-level decision-makers across R&D, Clinical, IT, Data, and Commercial functions
Proven success selling complex, high-value AI or digital platforms into regulated enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and close six- and seven-figure deals
Deep understanding of HCLS operational and regulatory constraints where AI adoption stalls
Experience operating in commission-first, founder-led, early-stage environments
A strong hunter mentality with strategic discipline and execution bias
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
