Lead and manage payroll operations for a large, multi-employee population
Oversee payroll processing using ADP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Manage union payroll requirements; 32BJ experience is a strong plus but not required
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Resolve payroll discrepancies, audits, and complex payroll issues
Manage and mentor payroll staff, fostering a high-performance team
Qualification
Required
Extensive payroll management experience in a high-volume environment
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
Union payroll experience required
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor agreements
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
