Responsibilities

Sell Continua’s Complete Product & Services Portfolio
Prioritize Team Resources
Maintain & Grow Existing & New Business Development
Gross Profit
Create and manage strong relationships with healthcare clients and maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction
Create a cadence of communication to stay top of mind to assigned accounts/projects
Identify, develop, and grow consultative relationships with key contacts for assigned accounts
Track customer satisfaction in weekly department meetings
Attend and assist with Annual Business reviews for specified clients
For projects that require design, work with design team to provide product solutions and specifications for budget development. Lead team on final deliverable and present to client
Track, analyze, and report results regarding sales activity and accurate monthly sales forecasts within assigned accounts
Assume responsibility for growing existing accounts
Identify gaps in product and service for assigned accounts
Find ways to increase gross profit for existing customers
Act as main point of contact for day-to-day business
Strategize with sales executive on how to create growth
Conduct regular touchpoints with dormant and existing accounts
Monitor organizational changes or realignments that may affect future purchasing behavior or decision-making within assigned accounts
Understand the marketplace and market segments. Maintain an awareness of the company’s competitors within key existing accounts
Maintain a current working knowledge of developments in the contract furniture industry and related products, applications, and design concepts
Drive revenue growth by managing client accounts to achieve targeted gross profit margins, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Business, or a related field
3-5+ years of healthcare sales experience
1-3+ years of experience in account management, sales, design, or project management in commercial office furniture or a related industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to learn other systems and programs
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a well-defined business process
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, allocate time, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
A resilient mindset to navigate potential changes with tight turnaround times
Ability to be a resourceful problem solver: able to quickly clarify the nature of a challenge, evaluate alternatives and propose solutions
Skills in professional communication and a willingness to grow and invest in strong relationships with customers and team members
Willingness to attend networking events, out of state industry trainings, and customer events
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
