Administrative Assistant
Boyle Insurance Agency is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join their Memphis office. This role is vital for supporting daily agency operations by managing administrative tasks, assisting leadership, and coordinating internal communications.
Responsibilities
Track, renew, and maintain organized records of insurance licenses for agency staff
Monitor the agency’s general email inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members
Respond to general inquiries and provide administrative communication support
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily
Order and manage office supply inventory to ensure consistent availability
Assist with managing the agency’s social media presence and marketing initiatives
Create and distribute monthly internal newsletters and carrier updates
Coordinate employee-related services, including insurance discount programs
Assist with notary bond applications and ordering notary stamps
Complete proposals using agency templates with information provided by producers
Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director of Business Operations
Assist with scheduling, communications, and special projects as assigned
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all administrative duties
