InternPattern is a rapidly growing company that accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces through proprietary technology and AI. They are seeking an AI Automation Intern to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations across various teams, enhancing efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities
Design and build AI automations using low-code/no-code platforms (such as n8n) and AI-assisted development tools
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deploy solutions
Evaluate and implement AI agents, determining when to use deterministic workflows versus agentic approaches, and designing human-in-the-loop feedback systems
Qualification
Required
Must be a junior or senior in college enrolled in a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
You actively use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and have a strong understanding of how large language models and AI agents work
GPA is 3.7 or higher
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts, including system prompts, user prompts, and evaluation methods
Understanding of workflow design principles, knowing when to apply deterministic automation versus AI-driven, probabilistic approaches
Experience building personal automations, AI agents, or internal tools is a plus
Teachable and fast learner
Self-motivated and proactive
