Designing and programming PLC control systems from start to finish
Developing HMIs and operator user interfaces
Integrating control systems with existing manufacturing processes
Testing, validating, and commissioning automated systems
Troubleshooting during start-up and field commissioning
Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance system performance
Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of PLC programming and electrical system design experience
Hands-on burner / combustion system experience in industrial heating applications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or related field
Experience managing projects from concept through commissioning
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or comparable PLC platforms
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
