Responsibilities

Solve problems such as streamlining the execution of vendor contracts, implementing procurement policies in order to mitigate risk and developing a strategic procurement plan and executing that plan for a growing SaaS company
The decisions where the Head of Procurement will have the final authority are as follows: 1) Day to day procurement operations 2) Supplier Management 3) Procurement policy enforcement 4) Team leadership & Internal operations
The decisions that the Head of Procurement will make recommendations to someone else to approve are as follows: 1) Strategic or Enterprise-Level Spend Decisions 2) Major Contract Awards Above Delegation Threshold 3) Supplier Risk & Compliance Recommendations 4) Budget Impacts

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance; MBA or Master's degree, preferred
10 to 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership/director role
Understands SaaS/AI emerging technologies
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar recognized professional qualification
