Responsibilities
Assiting members with scheduling telehealth visits with Nurses and Physicians
Communicating with patients and internal employees verbally and via email
Calling patients and answering incoming calls
Verifying patient demographics and insurance
Scheduling appointments
Handling cancelations
Documenting each interation with patinets in emr system
Responsible for 70-80 outreach calls a day with patients and properly documenting each call
Qualification
Required
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Insurance verification

medical terminology
Excel data entry experience (entry level)
2-3 years experience working in the medical field handling patient care coordination
