Responsibilities
Enter and update alphanumeric and numeric records into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Perform data validation and quality checks; identify and correct discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
Process incoming documents and source files (electronic and scanned), transforming them into structured records according to defined workflows
Maintain secure handling of confidential information and follow data privacy policies and retention procedures for all records
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets while contributing to continuous improvements in data-entry workflows
Collaborate with remote team members and program staff to clarify data requirements and support ad-hoc reporting requests
Qualification
Required
High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience using Google Sheets
Experience with CRM systems or database entry
Demonstrated ability in alphanumeric and numeric data entry
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup for remote work
Preferred
Experience with data validation tools or basic Excel functions (VLOOKUP, filters)
Prior experience in nonprofit, education, or program administration environments
Familiarity with data privacy best practices and secure document handling
