Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans across multiple brands
Deliver clear, actionable analysis to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance against goals
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, proactively recommending actions to improve profitability and cash flow
Oversee the preparation of timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for senior leadership
Ensure consistency in KPIs and financial reporting across all brands and departments
Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process, including variance analysis and performance explanations
Support the preparation of board materials, lender or investor reporting, and other executive-level presentations
Act as a trusted finance partner to Operations, HR, Marketing, and Brand Leadership, aligning financial insights with operational priorities
Evaluate new initiatives, capital investments, and strategic projects through ROI, payback, and scenario analysis
Support real estate development, remodels, and asset optimization decisions with robust financial evaluation
Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support agile responses to changing business conditions
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, setting clear objectives and accountability standards
Foster a culture of analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure the finance team delivers timely, high-quality insights that directly support enterprise and brand initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including 1+ years in a leadership role
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive Insights)
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred
Experience in multi-unit restaurant, QSR, or franchise environments preferred
