Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience

Responsibilities
Enable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data (ie logs, metrics, traces) to detect anomalies, identifying potential issues before they impact users, gaining real-time visibility into network performance, and deriving actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences
Drive 3rd party and internal tools to effectively support Dependency mapping, Audit trail (applied to Applications), Application Performance Monitoring, and Event Correlation
Drive tools to support SRE, Incident and Resilience practices
Support the developer journey driving automated onboarding and visibility, and auto instrumentation
Focus on minimizing the Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) through automation, process optimization and automated incident response
Own the overall procDrive a unified system of record across all CapitalOne Cloud, non-Cloud and Digital Assets utilizing a defined Asset repository
Support Service mapping and dependencies in a structured CMDB, driving Request, Incident, Response, Change
Implement automated discovery (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery) to ensure Cloud, hardware and software match
Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
