Responsibilities
Ensure manufacturing processes are established and controlled
Manage process variation using inspections, sampling plans, and SPC
Support MRB for nonconformances and customer returns
Lead or support CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
Train inspection teams for raw, in-process, and finished goods
Maintain and improve quality systems per ISO 13485, FDA, and customer standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with GD&T and blueprint reading
Ability to explain blueprint symbols and tolerances
0–3 years experience in machining, GD&T, tight tolerance measurements
Knowledge of ISO, DOE, and FDA QSR
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Medical device and manufacturing experience
