Responsibilities
Manage software licensing agreements, renewals, and compliance with DFARs, FAR, and applicable cybersecurity mandates
Ensure optimization of service license utilization, coordinating with procurement management to prevent redundancy and cost overruns
Maintain a centralized license utilization register to ensure alignment with procurement ceilings, prevent duplicative purchases, and support budget transparency across an IDIQ portfolio
Qualification
Required
US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases
Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in contract administration
Demonstrated expertise in DFARs and FAR processes for software and technology licensing, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements
Demonstrated experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, and enterprise contract negotiation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
Preferred
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Experience with government IT programs and environments
Secret or higher clearance
