Hotel General Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
Help build the brand, online exposure, and marketing
Manage budgets and financial performance of the hotel
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing a team
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations
