Responsibilities
Conduct bi-weekly audits
Participate in 6S activities
Perform routine inventory management using multiple tracking and database tools
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral/written communication
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and team player
Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels
Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Professional and articulate when dealing with internal and external customers
Ability to identify, resolve, and initiate RMA, Credit Memo, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and invoice issues with vendors
Strong knowledge of laser & optics and circuits
Hands-on experience with DWDM transmitter/receiver assemblies, AWG, EDFA, couplers, splitters, isolators, and clock data recovery
Skilled in using instruments such as Optical Spectrum Analyzers, Tunable Laser Source, BERT, Optical Fiber Fusion Splicers, OTDR, Optical Multimeter, Optical/Electrical amplifiers, Function generators, Polarization analyzers, Laboratory operations, setup, and inspection equipment (microscope)
PCB layout design and schematic activities using Cadence Capture and PCB Editor v16.6
Soldering and testing of TOSA/ROSA ICR assemblies
