Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 support activities across API Management, SAP CPI, and SuccessFactors integration landscapes
Oversee daily interface operations, proactively monitor flows, and drive timely resolution of incidents and failures
Lead support and oversight of all API Management activities, ensuring stable and secure integration operations
Handle connectivity issues, certificate renewals, key rotations, and other gateway‑level maintenance tasks
Deliver and review minor enhancements, including mapping refinements, field additions, configuration updates, and routing changes
Guide and support end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations leveraging OData, SFAPI, and CPI iFlows
Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to analyze and resolve data discrepancies and integration-related issues
Ensure comprehensive documentation, adherence to ITIL processes, and compliance with SLAs for incidents, service requests, and change activities
Qualification
Required
