Tour Registration, Administrative Assistant
InnSeason Resorts is seeking a professional for an Administrative Assistant position at their Harborwalk Sales office. The role involves registering guests for tours, supporting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
Assist guests with tour registration and general product questions
Responsible for the delivery, distribution and inventory of tour gifts
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Provide administrative support to the office
Assist with filing, data entry, and record keeping
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualification
Required
Must be customer service focused
Detail oriented
Excellent computer skills
Organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates are expected to work a Saturday and Sunday schedule, consequently weekends are required
Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
